What’s Included in Your Appraisal
In-Person Intake & Evaluation
Items are dropped off at our La Mesa store and securely retained for detailed analysis. We do not offer while-you-wait evaluations to ensure proper documentation and uninterrupted attention to your jewelry.
Digital Appraisal Report
You’ll receive a professionally prepared digital report, ideal for electronic storage and immediate submission to your insurance provider. Each report includes:

No, we provide insurance replacement value appraisals only.
Can I get a quote over the phone?
We offer complimentary in-person reviews. Each item must be seen to provide a proper quote based on its materials and complexity.
Do you clean or polish jewelry during the process?
We clean stones when necessary for evaluation purposes only. Cosmetic services like polishing or repair are available separately.
